Sorry I’m a day late, because this was a HIT at our super bowl party. Buffalo chicken dip is my GO TO dish for… Everything. But someone signed up before I could to make it so I needed a new dish to bring. I still needed simple. Not a lot of prep time and not a lot of fuss.

Presenting: pizza dip.

So yummy. So easy. Big hit.

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ teaspoon dried oregano

¼ teaspoon dried basil

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

½ cups grated cheddar cheese

¼ cup fresh parmesan cheese

1 cup pizza sauce

pepperoni slices to taste (approx ¼ cup)

tortilla chips or 1 loaf of sourdough bread for serving

Instructions:

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2.Mix cream cheese, oregano, basil, cheddar cheese and ¾ cup mozzarella cheese.

3.Spread into a pie pan or casserole dish. Top cream cheese mixture with pizza sauce.

4.Sprinkle remaining cheeses followed by pepperoni.

5.Bake 25 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is browned.

6.Serve with tortilla chips or chopped bread.

Enjoy!

Side note. I turned the oven off but just left the dish in until we packed up. So the edges browned a little more than I may have wanted. But it didn’t burn at all. And was still super yummy.
